I took a morning after pill 3 weeks ago, ive been having pelvic pains and pms-like symptoms since. im due to have my period in a few days and i just got spotting. is this normal?

Possibly normal,: but could be a pregnancy, a urine pregnancy test could be helpful, as well as discussion with your doctor. If you are pregnant, finding the location of the pregnancy, to be sure it is not an ectopic, is important.
