I am taking arcoxia 90 mg daily for osteoporosis arthritis. was in motor car accident. friends suggested i take disprin for my back ache. i am worried as my dr said i should not take any extra anti inflammatory with the arcoxia. is disprin safe?

Aspirin: I wouldn't recommend taking those 2 medications simultaneously. Instead of disprin, you could take acetaminophen safely according to instructions and not drinking alcohol while taking full doses. In addition your MD could prescribe nonNsaid pain relievers like tramadol or muscle relaxants if back stiffness is an issue.
