Vitamin K: Vitamin k is an important component for producing clotting factors in the liver, it will not improve your bone density. Vitamin d is appropriate for treatment/prevention of osteoporosis. You can take Aspirin and vitamin k together. Aspirin affects platelet aggregation, not your clotting factors.
