There are 2 problems: While osteoporosis can cause leg pain it sounds like your pain is due to osteoarthritis with the loss of cartilage - ?Hip or knee. These are 2 separate problems and need to be addresses. Both unusual in someone only 32 years old. Suggest seeing a rheumatologist to sort it out.

Not osteoporosis : What you're describing is osteoarthritis an there are varying degrees. Depending on your symptoms the treatment ranges from pills, shots and finally surgery depending on the location and severity.

Very young for these: At age 32 you are very young for such severe cartilage loss and osteoporosis. Perhaps there are additional factors such as a family history of these problems, or medications that are contributing to the damage. If you haven't already done so, see a rheumatologist.
