Urethral discharge: Urethral (penile) discharge usually means urethritis, and most urethritis is due to STDs including gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis. (NGU has several causes, some of them unknown). However, there are other causes as well, especially in tropical climates (e.g. schistosomiasis, also called bilharzia). Try to find a doctor or clinic specializing in genitourinary medicine. Good luck.
