Menstrual pains ?'s: At 37, your estrogen levels are higher, and the fall to near zero pre-menstrually will cause pain, especially with a history of endometriosis. Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which will prevent ovulation, and preserve your fertility should you choose later to become pregant.
