I have osteoporosis where the ribs meet the spine, i stay in bad pain. what would be my best option for this? im almost 50 and menopausal which i know doesn't help. i do not weigh much, maybe 110 lbs if im lucky. any suggestions appreciated

Osteoprosis /pain: Osteoporosis does not cause pain but predisposes to fractures . Have a complete evaluation for pain is it arthritis? sciatica? fibromyalgia - which is muscular , or other - masses. Treatment of osteoporosis includes exercise , hormone replacement , bisphosphonates, Forteo, Vit D, Vit C Vit K2 - Ca ,greens.
