Malaria: I am not sure if you are asking us if you have malaria all the time or if you are asking what to do if you have chronic Malaria? If you wonder if you have Malaria - get a thorough medical evaluation. If you have chronic Malaria - take you medications religiously. If in the US - you might need to work with an infectious disease doctor.
