How can you reduce foot pain when exercising?

Stretch: Proper showear eg. Superior running shoes and stretching of the gastrocnemius-soleal complex or calf muscles is your best bet. Tight calf muscles due to their attachment to the plantar fascia can cause tightness in the plantar fascia and foot discomfort. Stretch before and after exercise.
