See a doctor: You may have just caused some local trauma by having hard stools ( constipation), or by wiping too vigorously, causing a fissure. That will heal with gentle wiping and or changing up you diet to include more fiber, fruits and water. BUT, if there is pain with passing stool and blood, a doctor should examine the area and make sure it’s not a hemorrhoid or possibly something more serious

Agree with Dr. G: Increase your intake of fiber and water. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
