Yes, BUT: yes, but if one does in fact have scabies, the proper tx and use of permethrin is to applying from neck to toes over the entire body for 24 hrs...the pi's say 12 hrs, but 24 hrs is more effective and tends to prevent recurrences. FYI....one of the most classic locations of scabies is the head of the penis, but treatment should cover all of the body, etc as stated above.
