If not pregnant,: then you are likely not ovulating, either from polycystic ovarian syndrome, or effects from the birth control pill, which may also keep the uterine lining very thin. So if you wish to ovulate for pregnancy, then you need to talk to your doctor about medications to improve ovulation. If not wanting to be pregnant, the lack of periods with your birth control pills is ok. Discuss with your doctor.
