Treated for chlamydia with azithromycin 3 weeks ago.having a light yellow/watery discharge& went back to the doctors yesterday. they took a pee sample based on the white cells said i had a uti & did not want to retest for chlamydia, should i go back?

Need chlamydia test: UTI doesn't cause vaginal discharge, especially not colored (yellow, etc); and azithromycin fails to cure about 3-5% of chlamydia in women (up to 1 in 20 cases). You should have had a repeat chlamydia test, including gonorrhea. Also test for other STDs, e.g. PCR for trichomonas. If not confident your doctor or clinic has lots of STD experience, try to find one who does. Good luck!
