Define "full": Many infants will feed constantly in small amounts (snackers) or take more volume than you expect because they enjoy feeds & can do little else for self pleasure. Fussiness is not always a sign of hunger but they may shut up if feeds are offered. I would check with your doc about volume/growth to be sure you are not over feeding the kid. Formula changes seldom change this behavior.
