Early period ?'s: "Early light bleeding" which is prior to expected menstruation may accompany pregnancy, so see your gyn physician for an exam and testing to be certain of the cause. Sometimes delays in ovulation occur and two eggs may "ovulate" simultaneously, causing light bleeding, as the estrogen levels are much higher and fall to zero just prior to release of eggs, causing the bleeding.
