Took plan b (morning after pill) - period came a week early - it is not stopping! - on my 12th day - starting to get worried - will it ever stop??? do i need to go to the doc or do i let nature run its course?????

Plan B ?'s: The "morning after pill" contains an estrogen/progesterone analog, and withdrawal bleeding will occur a few days after taking it, which when added to a normal period length may explain the "12 day length" you are experiencing. On the other hand , pregnancies outside the uterus (ectopic) can cause prolonged bleeding. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
