Question unclear but: The best thing to do in such situations is to write down one's symptoms in detail on a calendar diary, describing each symptom, what brings it on, what worsens it, what improves it, what other medical conditions exist, what meds are used, any substance abuse, etc... Then one's primary care doctor can examine the patient and review the diary, plus refer to a neurologist or an ENT doctor if needed.
