For 3 months i've been experiencing all symptoms of peptic ulcer except for bloody/dark stools. recently i altern. between loose and regular stools. the only thing found in my stool is campylobacter. is it possible that this bacteria is the cause?

Yes, likely: Your stomach problems could be due to bacterial infection. You may need endoscopy and biopsy for a definitive diagnosis. It would be prudent to consult a gastro-enterologist. Wish you good health!

Campylobacter: Campylobacter infections usually resolve in 7 to 10 days. I am not sure that this would cause symptoms for 3 full months? Consult a specialist.
