Possible allergic : You may be experiencing a possible allergic reaction. Rinse nasal passages with saline, take an antihistamine and please follow up. You chest pain may be related to cough, but if it is moderate to severe, please see a physician right away. Otherwise, please see your PCP during a follow up visit in the next day.
