I was fiddling with my right bottom gum on sun.was checking if one would grow here.on mon i woke up with an inflamed gum right where i was fiddling, feels even more inflamed this morning. gland on my neck in right also sore. doesn't seem to have pus?

Gum soreness: If there was gum discomfort before you fiddled with it, a periapical abscess would be a possibility. In view of worsening discomfort and a possible reactive lymph node I recommend consulting a dentist or oral surgeon for evaluation, advice and treatment.
