Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. There may be more than one issue. varicocele may explain the pain in testis but nor back pain. CBC is not an appropriated test for your issues. You may need an imaging study of the back, Wish you good health!
