Hey doctor i have some questions.first i want to ask you if i can get hernia from doing pull ups and second if you can get varicocele onboth testicles?

Possible: Hernia and varicocele go together at the inguinal canal. Can occur spontaneously or after straining, (any type). An examination with your doc or a local surgeon should make or confirm the diagnosis. Take a friend/family with you to appointment, imaging and/or surgery may be recommended. Be well.
