Appendicitis?: If your previous appendicitis was treated with surgery, your appendix is gone and you can't have it again.But these days some cases are treated only with antibiotics. If so, it could happen again; this time you'll probably need surgery. Plenty of other conditions, some very serious, can cause identical symptoms. You need to see a doctor immediately. Good luck.
