We have a 6 year old who has started to make himself vomit and poo himself at school. he also squints his eyes and repeats himself constantly. he is also always exhausted. he can look you in the eye and not hear a word you say. why is this?

Hard to speculate: Looking into this pattern would require a complete medical & social history, exam & possibly tests. I would start with his doc & see if s/he could recommend a behavioral therapist to help get to the source of his issues.
