Nosebleeds: Nosebleeds are common. The vast majority of nosebleeds are from the anterior part of the nose at Kesselbach plexus which supplies the blood flow to the nasal mucosa. People with allergies and colds have more irritation to the mucosa and will get bleeding. If you are taking aspirin or blood thinners more common. Typically bleed can be controlled with compression, cool compress, vasoconstrictor.
