Is it normal to have nosebleeds very often and headaches?

No!: You should get a medical examination by your doctor. You need to be sure that your blood pressure is normal because high blood pressure can often cause such symptoms. But nose bleeds can occur due to many causes. You may need to see an ENT doctor to check your nose and perhaps do a blood test also.
