None: You need to exercise regularly, eat less (especially carb and fat) and early. There is no magic potion. Some herbs may provide transient increase in metabolism but the safety remains in question.

Less food: To lose weight you need to reduce the amount of food you eat. There is no specific food that will help you lose weight. Eat a diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco, no more than one drink a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Most importantly, reduce you intake of food.

How will finding a weight loss buddy help me in my weight loss plans?

Dr. Robert Kwok

Helping one another: Two weight-loss buddies can help one another. One can talk the other out of eating a snack, or into going for a jog. They can give spiritual support to one another. If a person eats fewer calories than he needs to live on each day, his body will use the stored fuel (fat). If a person exercises more than he did before, but does not start eating more calories, then his body will also burn up fat.

Wine: No, it will have little if any effect. If you want to lose weight check your diet - look up "NuVal" on the internet. You should try and get exercise in a few times a week.
