Exam advised: Your symptoms are somewhat nonspecific but could be caused by gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining), peptic ulcer, pylorospasm,gall bladder or pancreatic inflammation,or hiatal hernia. Burping may be from air swallowing or inability of gas to pass down. In view of your symptoms and discomfort I recommend going to the hospital emergency room where prompt attention and testing are available
