Swallowing Air?: Insufficient info, but sounds like you may be swallowing air when eating and drinking. If stomach is full of air when breathing it will cause discomfort (diaphram must go down to breath in and puts pressure on dilated stomach until you burp. Simplest answer! Other factors may be present, seek MD attn. Until then make sure you are not breathing in as you swallow.
