May be preterm labor: Those regular contractions could be preterm labor. One should be checked out by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going to the hospital and staying in the Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on. Meanwhile, avoid physical activities, having sex, and excessively bumpy rides to the hospital. A baby born at 32 weeks is still too early, so hopefully that uterus calms down.
