Lightheaded: Dizziness can either be a spinning type(vertigo) or lightheadedness. Vertigo may be caused by an inner ear problem and is worse on turning your head. Lightheadedness can be caused by low blood pressure, anemia, slow heart rate, nausea. See your physician for an exam.
