Likely: Daily use of an inhaled steroid at a low dose may meet your needs. Inhaling cold outside air is a trigger for some. Discuss this with your primary care doc & write up a care plan based on your level of symptoms. This would allow you to increase/decrease dosing based on any daily /weekly changes.

Virtual consult : A review of your asthma action plan may be scheduled as an inbox consult. Albuterol is a quick acting bronchodilator. Avoid dust, mold, pet dander. Assess whether cold air triggers your symptoms.
