i do some cardiovascular exercise sometimes, is it possible i will have an asthma attack even if i am not asthmatic?

Unlikely: Nonasthmatics usually dont get asthma at your age unless they get complications from smoking or other toxic exposures or very rare lung diseases. Sometimes people start wheezing when they have a cold virus, which goes away after the infection is over. Exercise-induced asthma exists but you probably would know about it already. Go for it!
