A member asked:

Minor intestine cramps sometimes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doctor can examine: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see why stools are clay-colored. He'll want to know the circumstances around the light colored stools, such as whether or not it is related to rapid transit of poop through the bowels, or related to certain foods. Keeping a diary of symptoms will help. The doctor may order an ultrasound scan and blood tests to check for liver and gall bladder disease.
