Odor: Body odor can be a sign of either liver or kidney disease. Excessive sweating caused by hyperthyroidism a possibility. Foods such as alcohol, calciferous vegetables like broccoli or brussel sprouts, red meat, spicy foods and asparagus. Typically skin problems of the leg would be associated with overgrowth of bacteria or fungus. The groin would be a common area.
