Needs eval: A spontaneous "squirt pee" in a young girl includes a partial washout of her vagina, as the pee hits her closed labia & bounces backward. Significant odor is often due to a retained piece of fecal matter (poor wiping), toilet tissue or germ action. I would have her seen for a proper urine collection to look for a UTI & see if more invasive exam is needed to clean this up.

UTI: Urinary Tract Infection is what your daughter most probably has, please take her to her doctor for management, meanwhile give her more fluids by mouth, plain water and juice cranberry juice, good luck
