See Doctor asap: Don't know how long these symptoms are going on, but together they are very worrisome for serious diseases including liver disease, heart issues Your age is not listed, so hard to give definitive advice. Mostly you need to see Physician asap for full evaluation lab & then treatment based on the findings. Do you have Hypertension? any chronic liver disease? any neurological issue?
