Doctor can examine: Gastric reflux, stomach flu, or food poisoning types of illnesses can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach burning, abdominal pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. A person in her 60's with abdominal symptoms should see her doctor to make sure the illness is minor and self-limited, and not something bad like cancer.
