Its been 2 days with severe burning on my stomach when i go poop. what can it be?

Lots of things: Abdominal burning is common with gastritis, but not much else. But gastritis doesn't usually feel worse when stooling. So it's a strange combination. Dozens of things can cause abdominal pain, some serious, but usually not. A medical exam is needed to figure it out.
