Im 13 weeks pregnant, started bleeding on tuesday went in to see gynea and got told its an infection and the bleeding will stop, its been 3 days and still bleeding and pain. is this normal? im worried

Can call Dr. again: One can contact her Ob-Gyn doctor again to describe the bleeding and see if any evaluation should be done (sometimes bleeding is a sign of miscarriage). Details are important, and only one's primary care doctor or one's Ob-Gyn doctor has enough details to help with a patient's care. If one's doctor is not available, the local ER should be able to help assess the pain and bleeding.
