Exam!: Possible causes of watery semen include low sperm count, frequent ejaculation or zinc deficiency. A low sperm count can occur from an infection, hormone imbalances or a tumor. Although this condition often resolves spontaneously I suggest you have an exam by your Family Doctor to be on the safe side. I wish you well with your health!
