No. Strains differ.: Some viral strains are more alike in an immunological way, meaning your antibodies to one might give you protection against another. Each person can end up with a collection of strains that he does not have good immunity against, but get rid of strains he has good immunity against. The more worrisome strains are ones that most humans tend to have difficulty getting rid of. Always be vaccinated.
