You need your doctor: You can't. You should go to see your doctor and get further evaluation. Hodgkin's usually is presented with persistent significant swollen lymph nodes. In more advance case- also presented with abnormal low blood counts- when bone marrow is involved. Systemic symptoms like unexplained fever, chils, night sweats, significant weight loss can occur. Blood work , pet/ct scan and bone marrow biopsy needed.
