Exam advised: Since you describe your abdominal discomfort as severe it warrants an examination by a physician, especially if there is associated tenderness of the abdomen. An acute abdominal issue could be present. The headache may or may not be interrelated and could be secondary to stress rather than a true migraine headache. Appropriate tests will be done in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.
