Supplementation with Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin B complex, B5, Inositol and niacinamide, Vitamin C and Zinc have shown benefit in improving sleep. Herbals such as California poppy, hops, kava kava, valerian root can help. Foods such as bananas, dates, figs, turkey, milk, yogurt in the evening. No coffee
