Dizziness: Apparently you're experiencing lightheadedness rather than positional vertigo as head motions play no role. I would be concerned about low blood pressure or anemia, but with recent onset, associated fever, nausea and sinus symptoms,early viral infection is the likely cause.At this time I recommend resting, drinking adequate fluids and taking acetaminophen.
