Be quiet: Uncontrolled cough will certainly not enhance your hunting experience. OTC remedies can help, but I'd avoid ones with alcohol and dextromethorphan. These can make you very drowsy and not safe to be handling a weapon, especially if you hunt with someone else. Try lozenges or throat sprays (Cepacol). Bring a hot, non-alcoholic drink with you to the field.
