Dietician: I don't think you have to drink anything specifically to lose weight. See a dietician at your hospital for one visit. You will be given your ideal weight and how many calories you should take in daily according to your level of activity. Your eating habits will be critiqued and you'll be given sample diets to follow. Slow, gradual weight loss is best to lose fat tissue. Crash or fad diets aren't.
