i was extremely anxious the other day doing a presentation and all of a sudden i lost vision and felt like i was gonna pass out. i have fainted 2 times before in the last month due to anxiety, but fear i had a mini stroke. any thoughts?

Anxious : You should see a doctor in person. This most likely is an anxiety-induced vasovagal response, the anxiety changes the autonomic nervous systems control over blood flow. On the other hand, more serious issues such are heart or circulation issues need to be considered .
