Do not panic: First will be not to panic. That is a high blood pressure, providing accurate reading. It is unclear if you have been treated in the past or not for hypertension and what your other conditions and symptoms are. Best would be to let your treating doc know about your reading and recheck your blood pressure whenever possible with a different cuff/ machine.
